Curriculum:
• kidsINK Pages are curriculum designed to teach the Ohio Academic Content Standards in a fun and entertainingway. kidsINK is a full color page, published in the newspaper every other Tuesday during the school year.
• Reading Series occurs two times per school year. These weekly-serialized stories are published in the newspaper one chapter at a time on Wednesdays. Each series includes a Teachers’ Guide (when available) available on the NIE website.
• Special Educational Bonus Supplements are published several times per year. These tabloids are inserted into NIE newspapers and connect textbook lessons with the world around us. These supplements are designed to teach the Ohio Academic Content Standards.
